We have been playing around with recipes for a little while now and have come up with,
what we think is some of the tastiest ice cream you'll eat. All ice creams & sorbets are now homemade. Look out for our favourite - Butterscotch ice cream, with rich fudge pieces.
Who needs HP?
Having decided to make all of our own ice creams, we thought, why not the condiments. So we've come up with a cracking brown sauce recipe, which you can buy along with all our other pickles and chutneys.
